Heat pump to success
The moment is now upon us.
Thanks to our highly loyal, pro at our Heating plus A/C corporation, I finally have had the chance to save for what is happening.
The time has drawn nigh for us all plus I must replace our delightful heat pump. But, I have prepared for this for over a year and a half now plus have chosen a new model to carry on the good work that I know our old heat pump has done. Heat pumps just do an amazing task all the time while in the tepid warm season plus is stretchy enough to properly heat our condo while in the mild Wintertime. The people I was with and I care a great deal about a very mild Wintertime here. I suppose the heat pump only gets abruptly turned on a dozen or so times while in the worst mornings of our Wintertime. But, I’m extremely gleeful about the new heat pump. I went all in on efficiency for the HVAC system by getting a model that has a 26 SEER rating. There’s also a whole other cool detail to this model. This particular heat pump comes with a desuperheater component which will work to go on and heat our tepid tub. The heat pump uses the wasted heat to heat the volume of water in the tub numerous times more efficiently than an old electric heater. Yet, there was a bit of a hitch in the plans. The local Heating plus A/C business found some locales in the ductwork that quickly had to be repaired. The ductwork is original to the house. There have recently been some sagging plus gapping that has to be corrected prior to the whole new heat pump replacement. The Heating plus A/C folks are planning on sending a separate crew to rehang section of ductwork. They will also come on site and clean out all the ducts plus reseal all the joints. Then, finally, they can put in our new plus awesome heat pump.
