Beach condo doesn't have central AC

My best friend and I decided to go to the beach last weekend, when the weather was hot and the skies were clear.

We had a three day weekend, due to a company picnic.

My friend and I thought it was the perfect excuse to get away to the beach and relax. We hardly ever go somewhere for the whole weekend, so we decided to stay in a nice beach condo. The place was surprisingly cheap, considering all of the wonderful amenities. The beach condo was in a nice neighborhood, and we had access to a private beach, two pools, and a golf course. We even had room service until midnight. The only downside to the beach condo, was the lack of central AC. My best friend and I thought the beach condo would have central AC, but it had two window units instead. One of the AC units was located in the living room, and the other one was in the master bedroom. One of us ended up sleeping in the living room, because one of the bedrooms lacked any cold AC. We made the best of a bad situation, and we enjoyed spending all day in the sun. If we decide to spend another weekend at the beach, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay at the beach condo again. Even though they had a lot of nice amenities, I still would prefer to have Central AC. After spending all day at the beach, both of us wanted to lay in bed and take a nap. Unfortunately, only one of us had privacy.
