Renters and the airflow issue
Being a property owner can be undoubtedly challenging at timesâ€¦ Especially when you own multiple properties.

What I like most is that at the most rarest times you actually can acquire a thank you card. I certainly appreciate a thank you once in awhile because I know that I’m doing our task in making sure our renters are cheerful, but one of the most recent issues I’ve had in one of our buildings was where our renter was complaining that there was not enough heat coming out of the air register. I constructed our renter to take a look at the air filter to see if it was clogged up or if that was the issue. When our renter took the high efficiency air filter out he said that it wasn’t it because he updated it a month ago plus there was minimal dust plus dander on the filter. This has happened before in our other buildings plus it has been simple to fix because of clogged up air filter plus air vents that were all not opened. I had our renter also check all of the air vents to make sure that they were opened, plus they were! As much as I didn’t want to have to call the heating, ventilation plus air conditioner maintenance man I knew that it had to be done. After making an appointment with the heating plus cooling supplier, they took a look plus diagnosed the problem. It turns out there was a loose plus worn out fan belt. The fan belt had to be updated plus that was the main reason for why there was not sufficient amount of air flow.
