A terrible situation
I have been working as a certified Heating & Air Conditioning ventilation, heating and cooling service tech for over twenty years, and in all honesty I have loved doing my job every year along the way. Even though I have had several highs as my time as a supervisor at a highly recognized Heating & Air Conditioning heating and cooling service supplier, it has came with some points that actually ended up testing my character! A few years ago the town that we have our headquarters located in was hit tough by a tornado. Our building ended up making it out fine, however hundreds of homes were severely mangled, leaving tons of families in awful situations. Even though this would have been a great opportunity for my Heating & Air Conditioning company to make tons of currency due to all of the repairs and replacements that would be needed for all of the heating and cooling units that we had installed over the years, I decided that we were going to do something a little differentâ€¦ For the next week after the tornado had done its mangle, we were offering free Heating & Air Conditioning service repairs to all of our shoppers in town. It was an seriously long and scheduled week to say the least. What made it even harder was knowing that we weren’t easily getting replace from all of these Heating & Air Conditioning repairs, however I knew that this kind gesture was the right thing to do and would only lead to better customer loyalty down the line. Occasionally as a leader its a great program not to make a decision based on how much currency you can make, however how several people lives you can make an impact on in a positive way.
