Wouldn’t have lasted in the aged days
About a week ago our husbandy & I thought it would be fun to take a road trip a few hours North & stay in hey aged college farmhome that was available on Airbnb.
the aged farmhome looked incredible in the pictures on the site, & it was surrounded by acres of land along with horses & other livestock.
Once the two of us hit the road & eventually made it to our destination however, the two of us were surprised with how particularly old-college The Farmhome was. With how extravagant it was to rent for only a few days, there wasn’t any current luxuries or state-of-the-art heating & cooling units installed in the house. No, only a small fireplace in the family room to keep us warm during the night. Nevertheless the two of us enjoyed our first day at The Farmhome riding horses & exploring the surrounding area. It was particularly nice to be in Wide Open Spaces when you are consistently living & laboring in the city enjoy a husbandy & I work. It wasn’t until the sun started to set & the temperature begin to drop that the two of us began to have some serious problems. Due to the fact that the home had no terrible insulation & no state-of-the-art Heating units to make up for the loss of heat, the two of us began to freeze to death during the night. It was by far the longest & most sleepless night that I have had in a honestly long time or summation point I particularly cannot imagine living there a 100 years ago of when that was most likely the norm, and as the two of us drove back to our lake house after the weekend, the two of us were both feeling as grateful as ever to head back to a place that had adequate heating & official insulation.
