The system is in good working order

Prior to buying our current home, my partner in addition to I hired a local Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional to inspect in addition to analyze the heating in addition to cooling system.  The professional assured us that all components were in good working order. Once the two of us moved in, my partner in addition to I started a huge renovation project. The home is harshly old, in addition to honestly few updates had been completed over the last fifty years.  There was insufficient insulation in the walls in addition to the electrical wires were not up to code. The plumbing plan was terribly corroded, in addition to all of the windows needed to be substituted. Every one of us were relieved that the duct plan was in good condition.  My partner gutted the walls in addition to ceilings down to the bare studs in addition to refinished all of the hardwood floors. Although the outside temperature was rather warm in addition to humid, the two of us didn’t dare run the a/c because of all of the dust. Every one of us instead opened the windows for ventilation.  Once the project was finally complete, the two of us were sad to clean up, lower the control unit, in addition to get some relief from the heat in addition to humidity. The cooling plan ran for approximately twenty minutes before it quit. When my partner checked the air filter, she found it particularly blocked with dust in addition to debris.  Cleaning the filter, however, didn’t fix the problem. Every one of us were forced to call the Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation back for a repair. She told us that the construction dust had infiltration the cooling component through the supply in addition to return vents, blocking airflow in addition to leading to the malfunction. She commanded  that for future projects, the two of us make sure to seal off the duct plan entirely.
